I find that for me bruises disappear quickly – usually after a 3-4 days. I usually rub on once a day.

I have lately been experiencing an intense burning and itching with my psoriasis. I have had the condition since I came out of the womb but it had never been so terrible before. I had managed with doctor prescribed steroid creams for 38 years until it became so sore, so burny and so itchy on my scalp and body that I didnt want to leave my house anymore. I found this balm with the help of a facebook group I had joined. The owner of the group was from New Zealand and recommended the balm to me. I am so pleased with my results! I can’t funtion as a human being again. Its completely cleared away patches that were in my arm pits scalp and chest. The best application for the balm is to keep the balm on as frequently as you can until your symptoms go away completely. Amazing stuff that I can use with no sideffects. Its all natural too which is such a relief to take a break from big pharma/doctors trying to give me a pill/injection that could kill me.
